Donations & Payments

How do I make a donation?

Visit our Donate page and choose a one-time or monthly amount. You can pay by UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking — all processed through a secure payment gateway.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes. Jeevan Dhara Foundation is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, so donations made within India are eligible for a tax deduction. See our Donation Policy for details.

When will I get my donation receipt?

An acknowledgement is emailed immediately after your donation is confirmed, with your official 80G receipt following within 7 working days to the email address you provided at checkout.

Can I set up or cancel a monthly donation?

Yes — select "Monthly" on the Donate page to set up recurring giving. To pause or cancel at any time, email us at info.jeevandharafoundation@gmail.com or call our office and we'll action it within 2 business days.

Volunteering

How do I become a volunteer?

Head to our Volunteers page and fill in the interest form. A coordinator will reach out within a week to discuss current openings that match your skills and availability.

Do I need prior experience to volunteer?

No. Most roles — teaching support, event logistics, digital lab assistance — come with on-the-ground training from our field team before you start.

Can students or working professionals volunteer part-time?

Yes — many of our volunteers join us on weekends or for a few hours a week. Let us know your availability on the interest form and we'll match you to a suitable role.

Programs & Projects

Where can I see details of a specific project?

Visit our Programs page and open the Projects or Events tabs. Every card has a "View Details" link with the full timeline, gallery, impact numbers and team behind it.

Can my organisation or school partner with Jeevan Dhara?

Absolutely. We regularly partner with schools, local businesses and government departments. Reach out through our Contact page with a short note about what you have in mind.

How do you decide which villages or communities to work in?

Site selection is based on a needs assessment carried out with local officials and community leaders, prioritising areas with the greatest documented gaps in education, health or livelihood access.

Account & Updates

How do I stop or change newsletter emails?

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email info.jeevandharafoundation@gmail.com and we'll update your preferences directly.

I think I'm getting duplicate emails — what should I do?

Let us know at info.jeevandharafoundation@gmail.com with the email addresses involved and we'll merge or clean up your records.

Reports & Documents

Where can I find your annual or impact reports?

Project-level completion and impact reports are available on each project's detail page under "Documents." For our organisation-wide annual report, email info.jeevandharafoundation@gmail.com and we'll send the latest copy.

Can I get a copy of your registration or 80G certificate?

Yes, we're happy to share our trust registration and 80G/12A certificates on request — just reach out through our Contact page.
