Our Skill Development programme is being designed to equip young people with hands-on, market-relevant skills that open real employment pathways. From digital literacy to vocational trades, every planned course is designed around what local employers are actually hiring for.
We pair every course with placement support, so training translates into an actual job or apprenticeship — not just a certificate.

Jeevan Dhara Foundation is a young organisation focused on building sustainable community programmes in education, skill development, women’s empowerment and child welfare. We are currently developing our first initiatives and partnerships.
